Donald Murphy
Class InstructorDon has been teaching within the financial services industry for over 36 years. He has managed sales, marketing and operations for several Fortune 500 companies and has worked within all financial sectors including mortgage, real estate, insurance, pensions, wealth management and legacy planning.
Today, Don conducts lectures to individuals and business owners, retirees and pre-retirees about how to help create financial and tax efficiency with a key focus on eliminating risk and maximizing income. With proper allocation and retirement income design, he helps his students realize and attain their personal, financial, retirement and legacy goals.
Scott Sandefur
Class InstructorScott has been a providing financial advice in the Los Angeles area since completing his MBA in 1993. His clients include individuals, small business owners, qualified plan administrators, as well as senior management with some of the largest employers within the Los Angeles basin.
Scott is currently an instructor at local universities conducting classes that help his students build personal customized financial plans. He presents retirement options in a easy to understand, systematic format. His lectures include a wide range of topics including, Social Security Maximization, Tax Planning, and Retirement Portfolio Construction.
Steve Soffer
Class InstructorSteve has been helping his students find the right solutions to their financial concerns since 2001. His focus is to teach individuals and business owners understand how best to achieve their retirement goals. Steve makes the complex simple, by teaching the basics, and then layers in strategies as necessary.
Steve lectures at seminars, to groups of tax attorneys and CPAs on the benefits of avoiding the “Four Bears of Wall Street,” employing methods that everyone can use to help alleviate market risk while still enjoying a market return. Tax-saving strategies are also one of Steve’s specialties, with an emphasis on strategically positioning assets to hedge against inflation.
